In a dystopian future the world becomes too warm to cool Jägermeister to -18°C. Therefore two astronauts go on the journey to save the precious drink by sending it into space where it can be cooled down to its ideal temperature -18 Celsius. But what if there was a more sustainable way?

Producer & VFX Producer

YELYZAVETA DAVYDENKO

Yelyzaveta Davydenko has produced various 2D/3D and live-action short films throughout her studies and has been part of production teams on feature films. With her VFX diploma, she is deepening her specialization as a VFX Producer, focusing on integrating VFX into productions from the very beginning. She has already gained her first professional experience in the VFX field at RISE FX during her gap year and is excited to return to this area. In addition to her diploma, she holds a Bachelor of Science in Economics and is regularly involved with SIGGRAPH as a Student Volunteer Team Leader.

CFX Artist & 3D Generalist

CHRISTIANE "CAS" SOMMER

Christiane Sommer began at the Film Academy with a bachelor's degree in engineering as a 3D generalist. During her studies, she developed an eye for characters in addition to sculpting and texturing. Now specializing in clothing and hair, she takes care of all aspects of digital lead actors as a CFX artist.

Lead Animation

EILEEN KAMMER

Eileen Kammer is a character animator with a background in audio-visual design. She put her focus on believable performances and has contributed to several student short films, exploring various animation styles. She gained further experience through workshops in Lucerne and Paris, as well as an exchange semester at The Animation Workshop in Denmark.

VFX Supervisor & FX Artist

PHILIPP DÖRRER

Before specializing as an FX Artist at Animationsinstitut Philipp had already worked on film productions as a 3D Generalist for 2 years at VAST in Vienna. During his mobility year he was able to further develop his abilities as an FX Artist at Skydance Animation Madrid in an international production environment.

BENJAMIN GÄTZSCHMANN

In 2016, Benjamin began his journey into the media industry with an apprenticeship as a media designer before starting his studies at the Animationsinstitut in 2020. During his studies, he specialized in working as an effects artist and already worked as a freelancer on various film and advertising projects during this time.

FELICITAS SCHMELZ

Felicitas is a Compositing Artist with a background in computer science, a faible for beautiful handcrafted things and a love for the process of creation.

Rigging TD & CFX Artist

DANIEL ANDERSON DE LA SOTA RIVA

Born in Mexico and educated in the U.S., with a BFA in Computer Animation, Daniel worked as a freelance generalist during COVID and now specializes in rigging. At Animationsinstitut, he characters and mechanical rigs while expanding into CFX muscle simulation to master the full creature effects pipeline—areas driven by a long-standing interest in anatomy and lifelike movement.

ELISABETH MINJA CAESAR

With a background in teaching and a Master's degree in education Minja started her study at Animationsinstitut in 2023. Specializing in 3D character animation she contributed to many different animation and VFX projects at Animationsinstitut. During her Diploma year she was the 3D Lead Animator of the project "The Panic Inside".
