Director and Animation

ILYA BARRET

Ilya is a Ukranian-American animation director and illustrator from Berlin, Germany. After finishing a BA in Visual Communications at the art school Berlin Weißensee, he worked as a freelance animator and illustrator for several years. Wanting to learn more about the world of animated filmmaking, he started studying at the Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg. He has a passion for all animated techniques, but specializes in classical hand-drawn 2D animation, stop motion animation and motion graphics.

Producer

LIUBOV POPOVA

Liubov, born in Russia in 1990, first studied Literature and Linguistics, but soon shifted to video production. Specializing in animated content, she launched multiple successful YouTube and TikTok channels. As a Creative Producer at TheSoul Publishing, she helped grow the Bright Side YouTube channel by 45 million subscribers. In 2023, she began studying Animation/ Effects Producing at Filmakademie Baden-Wuerttemberg to dive deeper into the craft.
